Repair Hole in Gable on back of
High up in the back side of the Church, there is a large hole in the gable. This is an ASAP repair but would require special equipment to get up that high to repair.

Gutter/Drainage Issues
All around the church, there are drainage and guttering issues. Several more drainage issues were discovered after removing the landscape in the front. These drainage issues are being worked on to get the water away from the foundation of the building.

New Gutters
A significant issue for the building are the gutters. We need to replace the 4" gutters with 6" gutters all the way around. The current gutters are overwhelmed - and this will drastically help the water around the foundation as well.

Roof Attention
A significant issue for the building is the roof. It is a tin roof, but there are many screws that are backing out. The roof needs to have a professional go over it and re-screw it down to ensure it is waterproof.

Landscape Work

Side Steps (Sanctuary) X2

On both sides of the sanctuary, there are exterior doors that had concrete steps in disrepair due to water damage and settling. Both sets of steps have been removed.
New stairs need to be constructed prior to services resuming at the church.

•On the sides of the sanctuary, there are exterior doors •They are full of rust on the outside – and they have multiple cracks revealing a lack of sealing that could create weather issues. [UPDATE] Money for new doors has been donated and doors are on order! |

Updated Sign (and wash?)
The Church Sign at the road can pass encouraging passages or helpful information. We have a new sign on order!
The sign could use a good pressure washing! Please reach out if you'd like to tackle washing the sign at the road! |

Paint Fellowship Hall
•The fellowship hall is approximately 30’ x 40’
•It is wood paneling on the walls with a hardwood floor •The whole room needs a lighter color paint job |

Lighting Repairs
•At least 2 fluorescent lights either wouldn’t come on at all – or they struggled to come on. Could be a ballast issue – or just need to be replaced with LEDs…
